The Heart of Jassy's Sweets

Our story begins with artisan baker and owner, Cimone Metoyer. Cimone’s journey started the way the best Southern baking stories always do—steeped in family tradition and watching the magic of scratch baking unfold in the kitchen as a little girl. This early love quickly blossomed into an entrepreneurial spirit. By just 12 years old, Cimone was already sharing her delicious creations with friends and neighbors, sparking a lifelong dedication to the craft.

As her skill and vision grew, Cimone honored her journey by naming the business after her daughter, Jasmine. Today, Jassy's Sweets & Eats has flourished into a sophisticated, family-run operation. Managed alongside her sister, Lisa, and her niece, Tia, the business is dedicated to bringing authentic flavor, warmth, and high-standard service to corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations across Southern California.
